Electronista is reporting that Microsoft’s “Smoked by Windows Phone” got pwned by a Galaxy Nexus, and they refused to pay up (an HP Ultrabook) when a Galaxy Nexus user smoked Windows Phone at a Microsoft store. Bloomberg has heard that Windows 8 will be released in time for the Christmas buying season. Microsoft, “aims to take back sales lost to the iPad and reinvigorate the sluggish PC market,” says Bloomberg.
